The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, caused by the novel coronavirus, has also been viewed by many as a sign of the end times. The pandemic has resulted in millions of deaths worldwide, overwhelmed healthcare systems, and disrupted economies and societies on a global scale.
11 For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people. 12 And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God, 13 while we look forward with hope to that wonderful day when the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, will be revealed.
The end times are going to be disastrous. There is a reason why the words “apocalypse” and “Armageddon” are associated with catastrophic destruction. During the end times, God will turn nature against mankind.
3 When people are saying, “Everything is peaceful and secure,” then disaster will fall on them as suddenly as a pregnant woman’s labor pains begin. And there will be pelo escape.
17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
It’s hard not to see how this prophecy is playing out in today’s world. It’s a chilling reminder that we might be living in the end times.

Those are very important, but they are just the avenues of entry into a larger spiritual world of truly universal evil that results in death.
